At Luxfer Gas Cylinders, we’re dedicated to innovation and quality in everything we manufacture. We’re working on an exciting short-term project to optimize production, and we’re looking for a motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience working with experience engineers and technicians.

• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team through the management of various projects.
• Coordinate repairs of Maintenance Machinery impacting productions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
• Assist in conducting data analysis and developing recommendations for process improvement.
• Observe and document daily production scrap
• Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed.
• Perform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products
• Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
• Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
