SUMMARY:

The role involves applying engineering principles and technology to solve technical problems, improve systems, and support the successful execution of projects across commercial and residential developments.

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Optimize system performance by supporting the development of HVAC, water, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Support feasibility studies, simulations, and material selection to improve system efficiency and ensure project feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to coordinate design documentation and ensure integration across systems.
• Monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Assist in procurement and fabrication processes, ensuring the correct selection and installation of equipment.
• Evaluate operational conditions and ensure systems meet safety standards and perform efficiently.
• Coordinate and support junior engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of engineering tasks.
