THE OPPORTUNITY:

Carrier Manufacturing is the largest manufacturing shop north of Abbotsford. Handling projects across a wide range of primary resource industries, the shop is reputed for our consistent engineering standards and top-notch workmanship. We attract clientele from across Canada and into the United States, completing projects from mining to forestry to agriculture and beyond.
We are currently accepting applications for an Engineering Technologist for our Prince George shop.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering Technology or a related field
· Certification as an Applied Technologist (ASET or AScT) is preferred
· Proficient in CAD software
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access
· Knowledge of industry-specific standards and practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Effective communication and teamwork skills
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Familiarity with GIS, project management tools, and technical documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
