ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking a Testing Supervisor for the company’s projects based in Athens. 📌 Location: Athens 📍 Working Model: On-site 🖋️You will be reporting to: Testing Project Manager Responsibilities: Local Team management and supervision. Organization, preparation, and execution of track tests of the units in accordance with the validation procedures established by the project. Manage incidents detected during tests in collaboration with relevant departments for analysis and resolution. Report on test progress and results. Plan and manage tests and resources to meet objectives in terms of quality, time, and cost. Degree in Industrial Engineering. Minimum experience of 3 years in tuning or maintenance of industrial, aeronautic, renewable, automotive, and of course railway machinery. Fluency in English language, Spanish is an asset Availability to travel frequently and extended stays in different destinations, both national and international, as well as to work in relays. Training period November to March based in Volos Skills: Technical knowledge: Solid foundation from Electrical vocational training, including electrical circuit design, digital systems, and programming. Measurement & data analysis: Knowledge of measurement instrumentation, analysis and interpretation of physical data, and use of diagnostic software. Communication networks & protocols: Understanding and application of communication networks and related protocols. Software & tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment and applications. Compliance & safety: Adherence to safety, cleanliness, and order regulations; knowledge of current PRL regulations in workshops. Initiative & adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, initiative in daily management, ability to handle changes in unforeseen situations, and orientation to continuous improvement.
