Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a leader to oversee our Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the current and future PLM systems. A key aspect to the job will include integrating multiple PLM applications into our Digital Engineering infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to drive the evolution of the Engineering Tools Development team by unifying processes and establishing a cross-platform PLM development organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams that develop and maintain solutions, execute environment upgrades, conduct data analysis, and perform data migrations. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Successful implementation and management of PLM applications. Proven experience leading a development team through enhancements, maintenance and upgrades. Ability to elicit and analyze requirements, working with both technical and non-technical individuals. Skilled at managing individual and team tasks. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. Agile PLM knowledge and implementation experience. Experience with development, code management and software testing technologies. Skilled at managing projects and resources to deliver capabilities on-time. Management of suppliers or consultants. Secret Clearance level. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
