Our Compass is #TELEIA Teamwork Ethos Learning Excellence Innovation Accountability Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated and proactive Engineering & Validation Engineer to join our Engineering & Validation team to ensure strong technical oversight. Main Role & Responsibilities: Handling and coordination of each new project in cooperation with those involved from other departments, external associates, and contractors. Design, validate and implement electrical/mechanical engineering studies for several productions and utilities needs. Compilation-execution of Validation protocols in cooperation with the involved department(s). Develop and write validation protocols, including FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for new and existing equipment. Execution of calibration and qualification activities and completing the required documentation. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering will be an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and of design software (Autocad, revit, etc). Communication in English (verbal & written). Ability to work on shifts. Fulfilled military obligations (for men).
