Job Description What You Will Do: • Keep our hotel cozy and comfortable by operating and maintaining boilers and HVAC systems. • Perform routine preventive maintenance—think of it as a wellness plan for our building. • Tackle work orders from guests and associates with a can-do attitude and a trusty toolbox. • Repair and maintain everything from pool filters to furniture—no two days are the same! • Support landscaping and groundskeeping efforts, including snow shoveling, leaf-blowing, and everything in between. What We Are Looking For: • 3+ years of HVAC or boiler experience – because we need someone who knows their way around the hot and cold stuff. • First Class Engineer’s License (or ability to get it in 90 days) – credentials that show you're serious about your craft. • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, squat, bend, and stand for long periods – it’s an active, hands-on role. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays – hospitality never sleeps, and sometimes, neither do we. Responsibilities

The role involves operating and maintaining hotel boilers and HVAC systems while performing routine preventive maintenance. Additionally, the engineer will handle guest work orders, perform general repairs, and assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
