JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking passionate and engaging tutors to support young people with their education. The majority of students will be school-aged children seeking additional help with English or Mathematics, or support for the 11+ exams. The age range of students varies from primary school to GCSE level. We are particularly interested in candidates who can tutor English and Mathematics up to GCSE level, though we will consider other specialisms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring young people.
• Ability to travel between locations for in-home tutoring sessions.
• Flexibility to work around a family schedule or additional hours outside of traditional school teaching.

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in English and Mathematics, or other subjects as needed.
• Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Travel to students’ homes for tutoring sessions, primarily outside of school hours.
