LOCATION: HALIFAX OFFICE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Polish and English-speaking Customer Service Advisor / Admin to join our growing team in Halifax. You will support our customers, handle queries, and ensure a high standard of service across all communication channels. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and dynamic office team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and similar tools
  • Knowledge of Shopify eCommerce platform (product listings, order processing, returns)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 37.5 per week
