QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable Egyptian university (English Section). Masters will be an advantage.
• You are a member of the Egyptian Bar.
• You have proven experience in dispute resolution in and outside the UAE.
• You have excellent writing skills and possess good command of English.
• You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently, and eager to develop yourself.

• Handle online courts proceedings in the UAE.
• Advise and handle commercial, civil, and real estate, employment and family disputes before local courts.
• Advise and handle property sale and purchase, and rental disputes before courts and RDC.
• Handle all administrative works before judicial organizations.
• Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws in the UAE.
