English Camp Counselors (m/f/d)
Do you have experience with child care, au/ bro pairing, tutoring, or teaching? What are you waiting for? Be a part of our crew!
We are expanding our dynamic, international team and need Camp Counselors (m/f/d) to work at our English language camps across Germany (North- and Baltic Sea coasts, Berlin, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hessen, Bavaria, etc).

THESE ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Teaching experience, and/or experience working with children
• A high level of responsibility and empathy towards others, including children
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 weeks per year, during the Easter, Summer or Autumn school holidays. Our main focus is always on finding brilliant staff for the next upcoming season, so if you are only interested in working during the summer, please indicate this in your application - we promise we will still review your application!
• Availability to complete online and in-person training
• Availability to attend a first aid course
• Police check for working with children
• A valid work permit for freelance work in Germany (if applicable)**
• 18 years of age or older
  ** We will be unable to interview those who do not already have a valid working permit. If you are waiting to have your appointment for your permit, please let us know when it is scheduled for. Holders of student visas containing the words “selbstständige tätigkeit nicht erlaubt” are generally not permitted to do freelance work.

We know interviews can be nerve-wracking experiences. Our goal is to find individuals who are just as excited as we are to get out on camp and have an enriching, adventure-filled, (English) learning experience with our campers. However, in our search for the perfect counselor, we do understand that the interview isn’t just about us getting to know you, but as much a chance for you to make sure we’re the right fit for you too! • Once the hard part is over, we will let you know the outcome of the interview. Regardless of the result you will hear from us (ghosting is lame).
• Once the formalities are out of the way, we’ll help you with the paperwork (onboarding), and get you out on camp ASAP!
