PART-TIME PUBLIC SPEAKING & CREATIVE WRITING TEACHER (IN-PERSON CLASSES)

Niagara Falls, ON | $23–$28/hr | Flexible hours | In-person
Best Brains Learning Center is an after-school enrichment program for children ages 3–14. We are looking for a passionate and engaging Public Speaking & Creative Writing Teacher to inspire students and help them build confidence in communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons in creative writing and public speaking
  • Adapt lesson plans to support individual learning goals and styles
  • Provide constructive feedback and evaluate student assignments
  • Communicate student progress to parents and staff
  • Participate in staff meetings and support centre events
  • Step in to cover classes when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (public speaking/creative writing preferred)
  • Dependable, organized, punctual, and patient
  • Strong communication and engaging teaching style
  • Ability to create individualized learning plans
  • OCT certification an asset
  • Valid (or willingness to obtain) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
