QUALIFICATIONS

• OCT certification or equivalent teaching/mentoring experience preferred
• Strong English and writing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an English & Creative Writing Instructor to teach small group classes. This role focuses on improving writing, grammar, and communication skills through engaging lessons and personalized feedback.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver weekly English and Creative Writing lessons in line with Best Brains curriculum.
• Guide students in developing well-structured, concise, and compelling written responses.
• Provide individualized feedback on writing assignments.
• Encourage strong vocabulary usage, grammar accuracy, and style development.
• Support students in idea generation, research, and editing skills.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment.
