We are looking for a reliable, people-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team on-site in Dagupan. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their eWallet accounts through live chat, phone, and email. No background in finance is needed (but it is beneficial). We provide full, paid training. What matters most is that you communicate clearly in English, stay focused under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people. About the Company You will be supporting a FinTech company that helps e-commerce businesses and multinational companies manage their global payments and financial operations. Their platform serves clients in more than 60 countries, and the support team plays a key role in maintaining those relationships. What You Will Be Doing Handling inbound customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email Helping customers set up, access, and manage their eWallet accounts Verifying customer documents with accuracy and care Following up to make sure customer issues are fully resolved Compensation and Schedule Monthly salary: PHP 50,000 Working days: Saturday to Wednesday Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Philippine Time) / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (EST) Location: On-site, Dagupan, Pangasinan What You Can Look Forward To A modern, professional workplace in Dagupan Paid, individualized training before you start handling customers A supportive team and the tools you need to do your job well Hiring Process To ensure fairness and consistency, all applicants must complete every stage of the hiring process.
