We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Institution located in Chengdu. This position is available to start in April or May 2026. Job Responsibilities Deliver English lessons to students aged 3 to 18 in classes of up to 12 students Prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons Use the school’s course materials and teaching tools to ensure effective instruction Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support to both students and parents Assign, review, and assess homework and other out-of-class tasks Take part in school-organized student activities and events Bachelor Degree or above Eligible for the English teaching visa Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience TEFL/TSEOL certificate Monthly salary of 16,000 to 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications 11 days national holidays plus 5 paid personal holidays Legal z-work visa provided and cost reimbursed by school Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision Medical health Insurance Work and residence permit sponsored Full support in making the transition to life in China Large expat teachers community Training and lesson plans and material provided
