We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for an international school in Zhuhai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026. About the school This education group is based in Zhuhai and operates a network of schools and kindergartens covering preschool, compulsory education, high school, international high school, and integrated education programs. The group focuses on holistic student development, strong academic standards, and international-minded learning, supported by modern campuses, professional facilities, and a collaborative teaching environment for both local and international educators. Job responsibilities Teach oral English to primary, middle and high school students, helping improve their spoken fluency, accuracy, and confidence Design engaging and interactive lessons that encourage students to communicate actively in English Prepare semester and weekly teaching plans based on the school curriculum and students’ learning needs Complete lesson preparation, classroom teaching, and post-lesson evaluation to a high standard Work with local English teachers to organize English cultural activities and create a strong English-speaking environment on campus Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide clear feedback to support continued improvement Maintain a positive, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment Bachelor’s degree or above Clear English and standard pronunciation Teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a recognized teaching license Two or more years of middle school or youth English teaching experience Strong understanding of English teaching methodology and adolescent language learning Excellent classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills Past teaching experience in China is preferred Monthly salary of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualifications Airfare allowance Medical health insurance Meals during workdays Summer and winter holidays National public holidays Free use of the school gym and swimming pool for staff Education allowance for children Initial relocation/luggage allowance for first-time arrivals in China
