Description

We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Chengdu. This position is available with an immediate start date. Job details Teach English as a second language (ESL) to K-12 students Prepare, deliver and reflect on lessons using school’s curriculum in line with school’s methodologies for classroom delivery Asses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Take on additional responsibilities which relate to the mentoring, coaching or training of other teachers within their school or region Tuesday to Thursday: 2 classes per day; Friday: 3 classes; Saturday and Sunday: full-day schedule (9:00–18:00) Approximately 5 classes per day on average Bachelor degree of higher TEFL qualification or equivalent 2 years teaching experience preferred Eligible to apply for working visa Monthly salary of 10,000 to 12,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance is 1,500 RMB Paid public holidays Renew contract bonus Pick up form airport Accident insurance

Responsibilities

Teach English as a second language to K-12 students while preparing and delivering lessons based on the school's curriculum. Monitor student progress and provide additional support through mentoring and coaching other teachers.
