We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center located in Chengdu. This position is available with an immediate start date. About the school This English language institute operates in mainland China, providing immersive, North American-style English education for children. With an English-only environment and a structured curriculum, it helps students develop fluency naturally. The institute collaborates with major educational organizations like McGraw-Hill and Cambridge to enhance its teaching quality. Job Responsibilities Work aboard to teach kids in China aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students. Planning and delivering lessons to children. Using the school’s courseware and tools to teach efficiently and effectively. Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents. Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises. Participating in social activities with students organized by the school Bachelor Degree or above Eligible for the English teaching visa Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience TEFL/TSEOL certificate Monthly salary of 18,000 to 22,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly performance bonus Attendance bonus Health insurance provided 11 days national holidays plus 5 paid personal holidays Legal z-work visa provided and cost reimbursed by school Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision
Responsibilities
