We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a K12 school in Hangzhou. This position is available with an immediate start. About the school This international school, located in Fuyang district in Hangzhou, spans 140,000 square meters and offers education from kindergarten to high school for up to 3,000 students. With a strong emphasis on multilingual learning and interdisciplinary education, it nurtures students with a solid academic foundation and artistic excellence. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English ESL to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Assist with Open Days and Demo classes Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years related teaching experience Excellent communications skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 3,500 RMB or free apartment Travel allowance 10,000 RMB Annual raise: Up to 5% RMB 300 for extra lessons or Open Days Meals on campus, access to pool, golf course, gym Free Tuition for all children Fully paid holidays including winter and summer Renewal bonus of RMB 10,000 Domestic health insurance Professional Development and more
