POSITION DESCRIPTION & DETAILS

Minot State University seeks a full-time instructor in English. Expected teaching load is 12 credits per term, with ability to teach English composition, English methods for secondary teachers, and courses in specialty, with a preference for American Literature. Experience teaching in multiple modes (online, campus, hybrid) is highly desirable. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, advising, and supervision of English majors preparing for secondary teaching. Minimum qualifications include an MA in field. Experience with secondary teaching and Ph.D. desirable.
