Ridgeway is committed to helping learners achieve excellence in communication and language proficiency. We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Language Trainer to guide students in mastering spoken and written English for both personal and professional success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an English Language Trainer or ESL/EFL Teacher.
• Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods.
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
  Expected hours: 48 per wee

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons for groups and individuals.
• Focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE & OET etc.) if required.
• Customize lessons to match different learning levels and objectives.
• Use interactive methods to create a motivating and supportive learning environment.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
