Key Responsibilities

1. Student Support and Guidance

·        Provide face-to-face academic support to students individually and in small groups.

·        Support students in developing reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills.

·        Reinforce teacher instruction and clarify concepts when required.

·        Guide students through assignments, projects, and assessment preparation.

·        Encourage students to seek support when needed and become confident, independent learners.

2. Progress Monitoring and Accountability

·        Monitor and record student attendance daily.

·        Track student engagement and assignment completion.

·        Identify students who may be falling behind and implement timely interventions.

·        Follow up with students regarding missing work and deadlines.

·        Support students in setting goals and taking ownership of their learning.

·        Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

3. Student Engagement and Motivation

·        Build positive relationships with students.

·        Encourage active participation in learning activities.

·        Promote attendance at live classes and school events.

·        Celebrate student achievements and progress.

·        Foster resilience, motivation, and a growth mindset.
