For an English-speaking Digital Cloud Engineer working hybrid in Krakow, Poland, the focus is on turning business goals into reality. Collaboration with sales teams and partners is key to designing cloud solutions that solve real-world problems. This position is about providing deep technical expertise in Infrastructure, Data Analytics, or Google Workspace + AI to help clients succeed in the cloud. During a Typical Day, you’ll have impact on: Solution Architecting: After listening to client needs, the DCE designs the "future-state" architecture, ensuring everything is scalable and secure. Technical Advisor: Guiding clients through the cloud journey involves helping them overcome technical hurdles and explaining "best practices" for integration. Prototyping: Solutions aren't just discussed - they are built. Creating hands-on prototypes and demos proves that the proposed technology works for the specific environment. Collaboration: Partnering with various teams helps identify new opportunities and move projects from the "idea" phase to a technical win. Knowledge Sharing: Whether during a session at a whiteboard or a formal technical briefing, the goal is to make complex cloud concepts easy to understand. What You Bring to the Role Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Support Engineer) with a strong interest in cloud architecture. Practical experience or familiarity with Cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS) and Big Data tools (like SQL or BigQuery). Interest or foundational knowledge in Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer tracks is highly valued Deep knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery, VertexAI). Working knowledge of Linux and Web 2.0 technologies (REST, SOAP, Python, Java). Google Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) or equivalent professional-level cloud certification.
