What You'll Do: Source and attract qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries. Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Utilize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline candidate management. Stay current with industry trends and hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
