Match candidate qualifications and skills with client job requirements effectively. Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Manage your recruitment pipeline and track progress using our recruitment software. Work collaboratively with the Mercier Consultancy team to meet recruitment targets and client expectations.
