NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a commutable distance away from Werksviertel (40-minutes D2D).

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from client briefings to interview feedback
  • Drive business development by identifying and engaging new clients in your market
  • Source, qualify, and present top candidates for open roles
  • Build strong relationships to become a trusted expert in your vertical (e.g. Automation, Automotive, Renewables, Semiconductors)
  • Collaborate with teammates to share market insights and support overall team success
  • Expand g2’s footprint in established sectors while exploring new market opportunities
