Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging, 1-on-1 conversational English sessions.
• Continuously assess student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback.
• Personalize lesson plans and materials to meet individual student needs and goals.
• Foster a dynamic, supportive, and safe learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native proficiency in English with the ability to clearly explain grammar, phonetics, and common idioms. (Bilingual proficiency is a strong asset, English MUST be your first language).
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching. Strong lesson planning skills and the ability to tailor your approach.
• Intercultural Competence: High empathy and the ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of non-native learners.
• Technical Requirements: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a webcam/microphone setup.
• Location: Candidates MUST be based in Canada.
