Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in clients of all ages. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs. Provide therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to facilitate communication improvements. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, as well as clients and families, to support therapy goals. Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results. Offer education and resources to clients and families to promote effective communication at home. Engage in continued professional development to remain current with the latest clinical practices. A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on client-centered care. Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of speech and language disorders along with appropriate therapeutic techniques. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation tools is a plus. Valid licenses or certifications to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist within Ireland.
