Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons that align with curriculum standards.
  • Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Encourage students to think critically, express ideas clearly, and develop confidence in communication.
  • Create lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments to monitor student progress.
  • Provide individualized support and feedback to help students improve their skills.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
  • Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academy related events.
