Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English language lessons across various programs (IELTS, GED, IGCSE, Business English, General English, etc.)
• Facilitate interactive and learner-centered instruction using innovative teaching strategies and tools
• Prepare students for English proficiency exams and academic success, adapting materials as needed
• Provide clear and constructive feedback on student performance
• Monitor and document student progress regularly
• Integrate technology to support blended or online instruction
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Collaborate with academic staff on curriculum updates and instructional planning
• Participate in staff development sessions, meetings, and quality assurance processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Recognized English language teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
• Familiarity with international exams such as IELTS, GED, IGCSE, TOEFL, or SAT
• Strong command of the English language (native or near-native fluency)
• Experience with adult learners and multicultural classroom settings
