Company Description Alpadia Language Schools from Kaplan International Languages, offers all-year round schools in Montreux, Berlin, Freiburg and Lyon, teaching French and German. Alpadia also provides English, French and German summer courses for juniors and teens in Europe and North America. Job Description English Teachers are mainly responsible for teaching high-quality, communication focused English classes every morning Monday-Friday, between 8:30 – 12:45, using Alpadia’s teaching methodology and resources. In the afternoons, you will be working closely with other Teachers and Activity Leaders, leading excursions and other programs, offering expert supervision and safety. Additionally, you’ll take a role in the day-to-day operations of camp via attendance checks, helping out during wakeups and bedtime, and participating in camp-wide Evening Programs. Qualifications Essential Criteria Experience teaching English professional capacity. Written and oral fluency (C2) High physical, mental and emotional resilience, ability to work 6-days a week, 8 hours a day Experience in meaningful, professional teamwork High energy level, excitement and comfort speaking in front of large groups Availability during staff training in Berlin (June 16-20), and at least 5 weeks of the summer.
