Description

We are looking for an English Teacher for an international High School based in Ningbo. This is a full-time position starting in 2025/2026 academic year. About the school This bilingual school is a Chinese-Western integrated international bilingual school jointly established by two century-old schools in China and the United States. It covers three sections: international bilingual kindergarten, nine-year bilingual primary and junior middle school, international high school, and special high school. It fully implements bilingual immersion teaching in both Chinese and English. We will build a Sino-Western integrated teaching system that adapts to the dual channels of high school entrance examination and study abroad. Job responsibilities Teach English subject to secondary school students Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, record appropriate records and prepare progress reports Communicate with parents Collaborate with school administrators and peer teachers Participate in curriculum and professional development sessions Assist and coordinate activities and events inside and outside of school location Bachelor's degree or above At least 2 years of subject teaching experience Excellent communications skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 25,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 2,200 RMB per month Airfare Reimbursement: Airfare to China and return flight covered by the school Assistance with work visa from a Chinese embassy or consulate, a work permit from the PRC's Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and a residence permit from the Exit & Entry Administration of Public Security Bureau.
