Description

We are looking for English Teachers for a Training Institution located in Shanghai. This is position is available with an immediate start. Job Responsibilities Work aboard to teach kids in China aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students. Planning and delivering lessons to children. Using the school’s courseware and tools to teach efficiently and effectively. Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents. Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises. Participating in social activities with students organized by the school Bachelor Degree or above No criminal record Eligible for the English teaching visa Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience TEFL/TSEOL certificate Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 20,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance 2,000 to 5,000RMB Monthly performance bonus of 500-3,000 RMB Attendance bonus: 600 RMB per month Health insurance provided 11 days national holidays plus 5 paid personal holidays Legal z-work visa provided and cost reimbursed by school Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision
