Position Overview: Your primary role will be to facilitate effective English language learning for our students while maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Exceptional rapport with students, collaborating effectively with peers to foster a cohesive learning environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for English teaching, embracing new teaching methods and program improvements.
• Keen understanding of cultural diversity, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting that respects all student backgrounds.
• Additional responsibilities may include lesson-planning, administering assessments, and providing timely feedback to students.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native-like fluency in American English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL or related field, or a bachelor’s degree with a TESOL/CELTA certificate and at least one year of ESL teaching experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Basic familiarity with Zoom functionalities.
• Demonstrates expertise in teaching adults and conducting group classes, showcasing adaptability to diverse learning needs.
• Ability to effectively manage and cater to students across various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced, ensuring an inclusive and enriching learning experience.
