We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Educator who possesses the expertise to teach a range of English language/literature courses for elementary students. Many students will be ESL (English as a Second Language) students, who need to improve English skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in English education, a proven record of English instruction, a deep understanding of language acquisition, and the ability to engage and inspire students across different proficiency levels.

Responsibilities:

• ESL Instruction:
• Develop and implement effective ESL curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Prepare classes focusing on novel studies.
• Foster language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for ESL students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to facilitate language acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and relevant license.
• Previous experience teaching ESL and/or Secondary Level English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse student needs.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for the English language.
