Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including scheduled break periods

Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 per month, based on qualification and experience

Transportation: Company transportation is available within selected Sharjah areas. A transport allowance will be provided if the candidate’s location is outside the available routes.

Job Summary

Brilliance Point Institute L.L.C. is looking for a qualified and committed English Teacher capable of teaching learners from foundation to higher and advanced levels.

The candidate should be confident in teaching phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, spoken English and IGCSE preparation-level English.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach learners from foundation to advanced levels.
• Deliver phonics, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and communication lessons.
• Support higher-level learners with advanced English and IGCSE preparation.
• Prepare level-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials.
• Record student attendance after every class.
• Provide suitable classwork and homework.
• Check completed work and provide timely feedback.
• Update attendance, completed topics, homework and student progress in the LMS.
• Identify learners requiring additional academic support.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline and student engagement.
• Support student supervision during non-teaching periods.
• Submit academic updates and reports to the Academic Head.
• Participate in teacher meetings, training and academic reviews.
• Communicate with parents only through the institute’s official system.
• Protect student and parent personal information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
• B.Ed. or another recognised teaching qualification is preferred.
• Previous English teaching experience is required.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to teach both younger and higher-level learners.
• Strong knowledge of phonics, grammar, reading and writing instruction.
• Experience teaching British Curriculum or IGCSE English is preferred.
• Good classroom-management and student-engagement skills.
• Basic computer and LMS knowledge.
• Must be punctual, organised and willing to follow the institute’s academic procedures.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred.
