We provide a wide range of services including recruitment, training, and consulting to help organizations achieve their goals and reach their full potential.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Proficiency Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and a proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher.Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver effective English proficiency training programs for individuals and groups- Conduct pre-assessments to identify the specific needs and learning goals of each student- Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on the students' level and learning objectives- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students- Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations- Prepare students for the IELTS exam, focusing on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking- Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam and adjust teaching methods accordingly- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledgeQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field- Teaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to non-native speakers- Proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements- Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and techniques- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student successContract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
