We are extremely proud of our tradition of serving the families of the community of Marske and surrounding areas.  Our recent Ofsted Inspection recognised the many strengths of the school as we secured judgements of Good across all areas.  The report was extremely positive and had many highlights, including that we are 'an ambitious school with high standards', that 'Staff care deeply for pupils', that ' Pupils are happy and demonstrate industrious attitudes to learning' and that 'Pupils experience great success'.   About the Department:  The department has created a challenging and exciting KS3 curriculum with reading at its heart. To build enthusiasm for English study, the department has developed a thematic curriculum which considers topical issues and an exciting range of texts, both contemporary and canonical.
