Aspire People are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join a secondary school in Stratford-upon-Avon, starting in October.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced English Teacher, or an ambitious teacher looking for their next role, to join a supportive school environment and inspire students to develop a love of English, literature and language.

The Role

Teach English across the secondary age range.

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and inspiring lessons.

Inspire students to develop strong literacy, analytical and communication skills.

Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management.

Support students of varying abilities and encourage their academic progress.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a positive school environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience teaching English at secondary level.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Passionate about English and committed to helping students achieve their potential.

Available to start in October.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support with the DBS process may be available.
