Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons designed for the Secondary Stage, following the Egyptian National Curriculum. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students. Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters respect, dignity, and a passion for learning. Facilitate discussions and debates that encourage students to express their opinions and develop their analytical skills. Collaborate with colleagues to create a rigorous curriculum that integrates various subjects and deepens understanding. Engage with parents to discuss student progress and develop strategies for reinforcing learning at home. Participate in professional development programs to hone teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Experience teaching English at the Secondary Stage is essential. At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the framework of the National Curriculum. Deep understanding of English language and literature with a proven track record of inspiring student achievement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Innovative and effective teaching methodologies that engage students and promote active learning.
