Help young men in a therapeutic setting as they progress on their healing journey. _______________________________________________________________________ Part-time | Monday-Thursday | 3:30-8:30 pm | $22-25/hour depending on experience and certification This position is ideal for, but not limited to: a retired teacher who still wants to work part time a parent wanting to work opposite of their spouse's 9-5 a current teacher looking for more opportunities _______________________________________________________________________ As our English Teacher, you will provide traditional classroom instruction in an unique setting to a diverse student body. Discovery Ranch for Boys is a relationship-based residential treatment center. We use evidence-based practices and emphasize experiential therapy. You will work as part of our larger team in providing integrated care services to our students, who struggle with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Mornings are devoted to therapy work while school is held in the afternoon, the ideal time for academic engagement in adolescents. We need an engaged, creative, and dedicated teacher who sees the value in our students and will help them see it too as they continue their education.
