Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Provide additional academic support to students when required.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and institute activities.
• Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Follow institute policies, curriculum standards, and UAE education requirements.
