Edutainment Playbook (part of Infusion Edutainment) blends innovative teaching with immersive technology to make language learning exciting and effective. We deliver English lessons to international students (children and adults) through our proprietary online and VR platform, combining proven ESL methods with interactive, gamified learning.
We are currently seeking a Certified ESL Teachers, who have a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students. We invite qualified candidates who are eager to inspire young minds through the power of language to apply for this rewarding opportunity as an English Teacher to join our growing team. This role focuses on online teaching through PC and VR for students located outside of Canada. Preference is given to candidates based in Victoria, BC, though lessons are conducted remotely.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• TESL/TESOL/TEFL certification (or equivalent recognized ESL teaching credential).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience teaching international ESL learners online (kids and adults).
• Strong communication skills and an engaging, student-centered teaching style.
• Comfortable using PC-based platforms and VR technology for instruction (training provided).
• Ability to adapt lessons across different ages, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds.
• Preference for candidates located in Victoria, BC for team collaboration.

• Deliver online ESL lessons (Daily English and Business English) via PC and VR to international students of all ages.
• Teach and support learners in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills using both traditional and immersive methods.
• Incorporate VR-based activities and gamified learning to engage students and encourage participation.
• Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students and/or parents.
• Customize lessons to suit different proficiency levels and learning goals.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance teaching strategies and digital curriculum.
