English Teacher – Native / Native-Level

Spark Institute is looking for a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our team in Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students of different ages and proficiency levels.
• Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ individual learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and professional communication with students and parents.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker or native-level English proficiency.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous English teaching experience is preferred.
• Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to student success.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
