Key Responsibilities Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups in order to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers; Enforce school and class rules to help teach students proper behavior; Help teachers with recordkeeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades; Plan with and assists the teacher in preparing materials and supplies in advance for lessons/activities; Assists teacher in implementing the developmental assessment for students to determine their strengths and areas for improvement; Assist with marking and correcting work; Support students with English as a second language; Conduct lessons in case of teachers’ absence when required. Participate in staff meetings, parents/teacher meetings, school trips, school activities as requested by the classroom teacher; Attend meetings or other functions outside of school hours as needed; Undertake other tasks as and when assigned by the assigned classroom teachers and/or the School; Ideal Candidate Profile Proven Classroom Skills: Demonstrated experience as an English Teachers' Assistant in a school setting. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Linguistics or English Language Teaching. Personal Qualities and Professional Commitment Cultural Awareness: Respect for diversity and openness to working within an international setting and school community. Passion and Dedication: Genuine interest in supporting children’s growth, and a motivation to contribute positively to school life. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with an ability to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and families. Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Linguistics or English Language Teaching. Recent experience as a TA in a school setting.
