Job Title: English Tutor
Academy One is a leading tutoring agency in Sydney, providing personalized academic programs to students in grades 5-12. We are seeking an experienced English tutor to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality English tutoring to students in grades 5-12
• Creating personalized learning plans based on each student’s needs and learning style
• Providing comprehensive support in various aspects of English, including reading, writing, and communication
• Fostering critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills in students
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
• Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
• Communicating with parents to provide progress reports and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring English to students in grades 5-12
• Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW syllabus requirements for English
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students of all levels
• Passionate about education and fostering a love for learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
