REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Reading Explorer and Great Writing programs.
• Strong understanding of academic writing frameworks and reading strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to punctual assignment grading.
• TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in classroom technology and digital teaching tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Writing Instructor with expertise in teaching Reading Explorer and Great Writing curricula. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for fostering students’ reading comprehension, academic writing skills, and critical thinking abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging lessons using Reading Explorer and Great Writing materials to diverse student groups.
• Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Assign, review, and provide timely feedback on homework and writing assignments.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance.
• Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
