The Oklahoma City C-17 team is currently looking for an Engineering Technical Support Tech to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. Our team supports the development, testing, and qualification of avionics software for the C-17 platform. In this role, you will contribute as part of a team, to create solutions to operational and logistical challenges; many of which are unique, novel, or have never been attempted before. You will be challenged to deliver innovative solutions that advance our capabilities and apply them to real-world problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Familiar with Tableau dashboard and reporting
  • 1+ years of experience with maintaining Engineering Validation Test procedures and reports
  • 1+ years of experience maintaining schedules and updating accordingly
  • 1+ years of interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and collecting appropriate data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Familiar with CSDT (Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal)
  • Familiar with coordinating between suppliers and engineering
  • Collecting and routing supplier test results and reports

SUMMARY PAY RANGE: $49,300 – $66,700

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update C-17 Engineering Document website
  • Publish C-17 Engineering documents (Ex. procurement specifications, on-aircraft test procedures, specification control drawings, etc) in Teamcenter IPDM
  • Coordinate assigned Pro’s and BPI’s in CM&R for applicability to C-17. Assign to SME for edits/changes. Respond to BGS Document Leader for publishing.
  • Track all C-17 Engineering documents and supplemental writings for 5 year review by SME
  • Format all documents as assigned by C-17 Engineers
  • Maintain list of current SME’s for document review
