JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engraver/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer skills navigation and customer service. Previous engraving experience is not necessary but would be beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
• Experience in Corel Draw, Canva, Illustrator or Lightburn would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate engraving machines to produce high-quality engravings on a variety of materials.
• Create high quality proofs for customer approval.
• Set up and adjust machinery for different engraving tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting minor repairs as needed.
• Package finished products according to company standards to ensure safe delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as required.
