Enhanced Outbound Advisor, Customer Care We’re looking for a Enhanced Outbound Advisor to join our diverse and vibrant team and become part of the ATCO family. The Role This role focuses on interfacing with our customers to drive business growth and enhancing the Customer Experience by proactively engaging with our customers through outbound calls. These highly skilled team members have the freedom to make calls to clients to learn about and address their products or services needs on the ATCO Energy Line of Business. Our operations span 6 days a week and we’re looking for flexible team players to join us! On a daily basis you’ll… * Conduct outbound calls to customers to recommend services, drive business development or collect information. * Present service information and benefits to customers, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points. * Cross-sell diverse range of services to ATCO Energy customers, encouraging them to take advantage of more of our offerings. * Execute some behind the scenes orchestration for an exceptional customer experience. * Build and nurture customer relationships through trust and credibility. What you have: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required * Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred * Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written * Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm) * Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications * Available to work during hours of operation that span 6 days/week and flexible to move shifts Why Join ATCO Energy?
